You acknowledge that if you voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, email address, phone or mobile number) on your portfolio, that information can be collected and used by other talents and may result in unsolicited messages from them and shall therefore be the sole responsibility and liability of your own.
6. You acknowledge that Cyber Objects reserves the right to email its members regarding system updates or problems or regarding your account status, however, Cyber Objects DOES NOT SELL personal information to outside parties.
7. You acknowledge that Cyber Objects reserves the right to make amendments in its membership package features at any time without any prior notification or announcement. The new and existing memberships will be managed according to the new package features.
8. You also agree that Cyber Objects reserves the right to use your images provided on the site for your portfolio for marketing reasons.

Violation of these Terms and Conditions will cause your portfolio and membership to be terminated without notice.
